"Yellowstone" Season 5 Production Will Continue in the Spring of 2024
Official preparations are underway for "Yellowstone" to resume production.
Late spring 2024 will see the return of the hit Paramount Network series to production on the last few episodes of its fifth and final season.
With several series rushing to resume production now that the two strikes by writers and actors that closed down Hollywood for months have been resolved, this is the most recent to announce a return to production.
In an attempt to save the spring network schedules, a lot of shows—particularly those on the broadcast side—are beginning to shoot new seasons in the upcoming weeks.
The last episodes of "Yellowstone" were previously announced to premiere in November 2024.
Meanwhile, Paramount had already approved two new shows, a modern series called "2024" and a prequel called "1944." There are also reruns of "Yellowstone" available on CBS right now.
The fifth season of Taylor Sheridan's enormously popular Paramount Network series "Yellowstone" was set to conclude in May.
Before then, Paramount had declared that the fifth season would be divided into two halves. November 2022–January 2023 saw the premiere of the first eight episodes.
