Tom Holland is no longer a part of Marvel.

Tom Holland Is No Longer a Member of Marvel: After six years as Spider-Man, Tom Holland is no longer a member of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

After the release of "Spider-Man: No Way Home," the actor's contract with Marvel Studios expired, and he has decided not to extend it.

Holland said in a statement that he is grateful for the opportunity to play Spider-Man, but that he is ready to move on to new challenges.

"I've had an incredible time playing Spider-Man," he told me. "It's a dream come true." But I'm also keen to try out new characters and roles."

Holland's departure from Marvel is a significant blow for the company. He was one of the most popular performers in the MCU, and both fans and critics adored his portrayal of Spider-Man.

However, Holland's departure was not wholly unexpected. He has freely acknowledged his desire to work on other projects, as well as his dissatisfaction with the MCU's secrecy.

It's uncertain what Spider-Man's future in the MCU holds. Marvel Studios has yet to reveal who will take Holland's position as the web-slinging superhero.

The studio, however, has a number of brilliant young actors that may fill the part.
