Sam Heughan Examines the Revolution's Emotional Battleground in Outlander

Alright, it is at last here. The days when the first half of season 7 concluded and the long wait for part 2 started are the ones that Outlander fans hoped would never arrive

Naturally, the occasion is bittersweet because viewers were treated to the thrilling mid-season finale,

in which Roger and his cousin Buck traveled back in time to the 1700s to find Jemmy, who had been abducted by Rob.

In the meantime, Jamie (Sam Heughan) was engaged in combat during the Second Battle of Saratoga,

a narrative that concluded with a happier note.

In an interview with RadioTimes.com, executive producer Maril Davis discussed the complaints fans have made regarding the season,

stating that Jamie Heugan and Claire Balfe have not been as prominent as they should have been.

"We try to follow the books as much as possible, and this really does follow the books," Davis remarked, "so I am kind of surprised by that.
